The tranquil VILLA RESY stands in over 5000m2 of attractive garden and orange grove, yet lies less than 10 minutes drive from the golden sands and lively restaurants and bars of Javea Arenal Beach. The area abounds with water sports opportunities, including scuba-diving, windsurfing, boat excursions, fishing trips and jet-skis. Arenal Beach is a safe sandy "blue flag" bathing area ideal for children of all ages. The old town and Javea golf course are each less than 5 minutes drive, and numerous other golf courses are to be found within 30 to 60 minutes drive. About half an hour to the south is the action-packed town of Benidorm with, amongst other attractions, the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park, Mundomar Dolphinarium and Benidorm Palace night club. Just over one hour to the north is Valencia's magnificent City of Arts and Sciences which includes a science museum, the iMax Dome Cinema and the Oceanographic Underwater City.

 

The spacious and beautifully furnished traditional villa offers every facility for a very special holiday. Accommodation includes 6 air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and four twins), two bathrooms plus two shower rooms, lounge, dining area, two kitchens, games room, and open & glazed nayas.   • KITCHENS - generous, fully equipped kitchen on each level, having cooker, fridge-freezer, dish washer and microwave oven.
  • SUMMER HOUSE - spacious self-contained entertainment area with barbecue, dining area, washing machine in laundry room and shower/toilet adjacent to pool terrace.
  • GAMES ROOM - on ground-floor level, with table tennis, darts, board games and TV/VCR.
